CONCLUSION: The definition of whiplash is the speed in which an object is moving, imposed on a force which ends or terminates the velocity immediately; which then causes severe to critical injury from the result once all objects come to a rest. The definition of a serious accident is long term ailments or disability due to an event between one or more objects colliding. Counterpoint: very large, fat, and arrogant females who study music; do they end up in the same outcome or formula of success? Being really good at something demands commitment and support from various support groups but is not guaranteed. Similarly, combat troops who lack a certain percentage of their brains missing end up training most of their times and never actually experience combat or more powerful militaries with superior tactics and weaponry. Population Decline in Russia : Russia's Population Set to Decline From 143 Million Today to 111 Million in 2050

Russian President Vladimir Putin recently directed his nation's parliament to develop a plan to reduce the country's falling birthrate. In a speech to parliament on May 10, 2006, Putin called the problem of Russia's dramatically declining population, "The most acute problem of contemporary Russia." The president called on parliament to provide incentives for couples to have a second child to increase the birth rate in order to stop the country's plummeting population.
Russia's population peaked in the early 1990s (at the time of the end of the Soviet Union) with about 148 million people in the country. Today, Russia's population is approximately 143 million. The United States Census Bureau estimates that Russia's population will decline from the current 143 million to a mere 111 million by 2050, a loss of more than 30 million people and a decrease of more than 20%. The primary causes of Russia's population decrease and loss of about 700,000 to 800,000 citizens each year are a high death rate, low birth rate, high rate of abortions, and a low level of immigration.

The U.S. population will be older than it is now. In all of the projection series, the future age structure of the population will be older than it is now. In the middle series, the median age of the population will steadily increase from 34.0 in 1994 to 35.5 in 2000, peak at 39.1 in 2035, then decrease slightly to 39.0 by 2050. This increasing median age is driven by the aging of the population born during the Baby Boom after World War II (1946 to 1964). About 30 percent of the population in 1994 were born during the Baby Boom. As this population ages, the median age will rise. People born during the Baby Boom will be between 36 and 54 years old at the turn of the century. In 2011, the first members of the Baby Boom will reach age 65, and the Baby Boom will have decreased to 25 percent of the total population (in the middle series). The last of the Baby-Boom population will reach age 65 in the year 2029. By that time, the Baby-Boom population is projected to be only about 16 percent of the total population.

As the Black; Asian and Pacific Islander; American Indian, Eskimo, and Aleut; and Hispanic-origin populations increase their proportions of the total population, the non-Hispanic White population proportion would decrease. By the turn of the century, the non-Hispanic White proportion of the population is projected to decrease to less than 72 percent with about 13 percent Black; 11 percent Hispanic origin; 4 percent Asian and Pacific Islander; and less than 1 percent American Indian, Eskimo, and Aleut. By 2050, the proportional shares shift quite dramatically. Less than 53 percent would be non-Hispanic White; 16 percent would be Black; 23 percent would be Hispanic origin; 10 percent would be Asian and Pacific Islander; and about 1 percent would be American Indian, Eskimo, and Aleut.
Summary: According to the middle-series projection, the Black population would increase almost 5 million by 2000, almost 10 million by 2010, and over 20 million by 2030. The Black population would double its present size to 62 million by 2050. The fastest growing race groups will continue to be the Asian and Pacific Islander population with annual growth rates that may exceed 4 percent during the 1990's. By the turn of the century, the Asian and Pacific Islander population would expand to over 12 million, double its current size by 2010, triple by 2020, and increase to more than 5 times its current size, to 41 million by 2050. Growth of the Hispanic-origin population will probably be a major element of the total population growth.

DEBRIEFING; IS THERE A LIFE FORCE ON EARTH WE KNOW ABOUT AND EITHER ACKNOWLEDGE PUBLICLY OR CAN EXPLAIN; 6.2.2010
The answer to the "life force" unknown is true. There is a life force of a human characteristic, super power, and who has or often contacts us similar to a friend, spectator, or observer. It is similar to the relationship between man and God; very private and unspoken. People are always trying to screw with others heads.
Is the Cape Girardeau crash unusual or can be verified? There is no evidence to suggest it is real. Biographical or biological tests do not conclude such and even electromagnetic protein analysis does not reinforce this. Also, if a life force were to come to earth; this is not who and what we are looking for. All tests come up negative across the boards; even questioning or interrogations. This is just a high level spy or enemy of a human form. One can conclude the crash can be a hoax drummed up to create hysteria or science fiction stories. The reason why a life force would be on earth is an intergalactic war; this is confirmed. Are they here or somewhere else? There is no evidence to suggest we can prove this. Do we know more? Yes. They are here to finish up what I cannot or in case someone gets the wrong idea. Can I prove this? No. Do I care? Not really. Do I think you are nuts and crazy to even suggest this; yeah I do. Do I care, no I do not. It is like the radio; you turn it on and all the sudden some F'er starts talking to you so you change the channel. Ask Dippy if he is insane or if he can substantiate this. Does he feel he is fighting a life force or a human being? It pays to have alien friends I figure and a hot girlfriend. There are people in this world that step over the fine line of right and wrong all the time and I am sure something will fix that human problem. I tend to avoid it. However, there are people who have a tremendous capacity for creating trouble, problems, or feel they are immune from evil; no matter who they are and what they do; so they use lies and tricks. When the criminals arrive; you have to have the other side there also or else there will be this action-reaction. It is like these living room meetings; how do we turn it off and get rid of those who are doing it? How do we get the criminals out of our life or those not wanted or not supposed to be there; it feels like a stampede. The question is if they are morons you yell at 300,000+ times and are an alien race or just some weirdo? Again, the problem is they are never capable of evil and laws never apply to them or even borders. Now the chase is on to get them out of our life or a need to invite a hunting party to chase them out of our existence. Humans have a tremendous capacity to lie, cheat, and steal while not looking closer at their actions; they know it is wrong but their capacity to create problems is tremendous. You can ask them nicely to get out of your life and they will not do it; even if you are mad or not.
Conclusion: Is there a life force we know about? Yes. Does it have a human character? Yes. Is it dangerous? To some. What is the role or the job of this life force? It is a protector and guard; to finish up. So yes it is an anchor man or finisher. Do not go to far into this because you do not know what you are dealing with or understand; let the right people do it and know your limits. You can study, theorize, and dream; but when it comes to seek, destroy, capture, or other; please do not go hero complex on the human septic tank. It is a very top secret and unspoken world of military matters. We all like to believe in things and pursue things; but some like to tinker, intervene, disobey, get too involved, and really upset power and precious things. Talking to me in my living room no matter how kind or considerate is just a death sentence. Pissing me off or giving me this panic and anxiety in my life is a super crime; the unforgivable. There are human beings who have no comprehension of this and are always invited because they mean no harm ever. No matter what they do, evil is just out of the question and so is upsetting others.
