Why or how did they prepare for an immediate retaliation and was able to talk or communicate to us when we do not go out or have any means to? Now go back to the 1998 report with the FBI and the terrorism in the 1990s. Is there anything in those Alias tapes that we left out or misrepresented; that is them in action. Who is terror and who is poverty waging war? Go tell their supporters and voters what they can buy back if not their career and reputation. The big man of this earth is judging you and your people; we are the messenger; chosen when very young and have special powers. They do not talk to you or give you any clue; that means your future cannot be bought back; sign the indictment; nature and they talk to us only. Has anybody asked them why they are being sued or if they understand the charges? Have they spoken to their lawyer or tried to explain? There are a lot of contradictions, lies, and falsehoods; the stories have holes everywhere. Does ours? Now things cannot be better for them; book tours, tea parties, bonuses, contracts, media events, dinners and fund raisers; that good, for real? If we sue him or this secret spy and terrorist group; we will harm America and our own party strategy? We are targeting "ultra" conservatives and the core of conservatism?

LEGAL: All they do is attack our family and violate every law; then claim we are at war. Now it is about the police, the liberals, and outrunning their radio. Who in their right mind is this fearless to try and outrun a radio, hundreds of lawyers, or now the internet and media? They claim the angrier they get, the more irrational they become! As if we have not noticed or have known? whenever they hear this, all they do is breathe heavy into the microphone and blurt back how everybody knows, they are prepared to die, do not know what to do, it is their home, we know everything, they are dead, and how scary their personality truly is being superior or in control. So are their games spinning out of control still while the damages pile up into the hundreds of millions? Yes. Exactly who is desperate and who is fake; who is making who upset and why? The point is what they expect us to do, tell them to shut up and keep away? Should we terrorize who they blew up or terrorized like we were? All we hear about is how happy they are or how unhappy we are; now it is their suicide note and how they are dead, in deep trouble, we cannot be happy, etc... why would they block or obstruct justice; deny family or legal help? At point break, the leaders, military leaders, religious leaders, and the business enterprise turns into bank robbers, terrorists, criminal gangs, and this large contingency we know as the left wing, liberals, and former communists actuating and attacking. At home it is about racism; but abroad the same behavior is considered patriotism. How do they escape being pulverized and anihlated by crazed stalkers?

LEGAL: When did they decide they could not lie out of it and terminate all relations, surveillance, captivity, theft, injuries, or retaliations? Why did they try to appeal and lie to the public; celebrity power? Did they consult a lawyer and can prove this? Did we make an effort also and what occurred? Was their legal team attacked or spied on; under surveillance also? Did we make an effort to tell the truth or document the facts, events, contacts, or honest representation? Does it make sense? Disproving them was difficult; fixing their lies about us was even worse. He says we have a chip on our shoulder; we tend to be educated, superior, and kind of funny; even royals and widely respected (search "chip on shoulder" and "making fun" or "making hay.") These bank robbers pull over and fix their blown tires. So it must be asked if we have personal problems which are in limbo; how anybody can say we can solve or have proper legal assistance? Does it sound as if someone cut us off or isolated us; hijacked the matter?

At 1:20pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 "Karen" calls about how mad people are with Republicans not acting like conservatives; even worse is the Democrat. She is scared the party will divide into two sides. Rush says that is the "best thing imaginable" and the more he is angered or others make him mad; the more irrational he becomes. I think I have felt how angry he can make people. Karen says what is wrong with them and why can't they understand people are not just angry but so angry they cannot describe it. Rush responds by saying "glad he is no longer there" or in this desperate positing fighting off reality. He then says they have moved on and started over; all is forgotten and he hopes and encourages we do the same or at least consider this or else. What exactly he and they do not say; some form of retaliation or retribution if we continue our pursuit and complaints.

Let me respond: first, it took us over ten years just to stop them; be patient and careful, many have died trying or were badly traumatized. You see the battle scenes and us fighting them; how they fight and how we fight. Second, to do what they are doing or to put up a fight as they have; they must have God on their side. I am not going to exagerate or emphasize it; but unless some supernatural force talks to them at a young age, have handfuls of near death experiences, have birds talk to him while they are jogging or fishing, or get intelligence and messages from nature and animals who talk to them in the most funny and insane ways; then their fight will run into supernatural beings. They are trouble makers, their life is filled with trouble, and now it is dying because of so many problems; that is why they throw bombs and keep coming. They will eventually face their maker and he is a cruel, nasty, shrewd SOB who talks in 2, 3, or few words; he approves. The people who overlord the earth are scary; they are all being and powerful. It will Tectonic you or Katrina your life. My advice is not to let anything happen to the messengers or who taught you this world; do not lay a finger on them; do not look at them.

So let's have Ann now respond. Those beings are cruel, unemmotional, short to the point, sing when happy, and have facial expressions that will scare the bejesus out of human beings. Do not try to chase them and you can only know when animals begin to talk to you or freak your ass out meanwhile, all hell is breaking out around you. Wonderful animals aren't they; but the birds are the eyes of God and he is watching. If some supernatural force disproves; we will know. If they want a real scare, they will find one; that SOB is powerful and hates their guts. You cannot be doing this without the approval and help of what and who watches over this universe; it starts very early and when young. Unless you have a personal relationship and they talk to you; it is very uncomfortable to run into this or be on the wrong side. They keep fighting this and those supernatural forces keep fighting them; so they draw a new line and then a new one. "Karen" was correct. There is also a major problem with a few allied spy agencies. They seem to not worry about who they violate the rights of or who hold patents and privileges which American and their domestic laws seek to protect. Now we have allies who are now suspects and on a list of potential enemies or willing to betray and violate the rights of others. There are two cases which highly illustrate the problem; one is with the new UAV program and the second is the use of identity theft and false passports. This game of allies to throw off who is doing what and why; causes home countries to look ridiculous. We already have two false arrests and are under constant surveillance 24 hours by an indentured servant and pest. There are shouting matches hourly for us to leave and go home because they are priority one and wish to hire us back to spy on America. We respond by sending lawyers to their national leaders and legal retaliations; telling them to sign the indictments and stop being a fake or phony. Now blame and suspicion is diverted to people who are not even involved or may be innocent because a few allies decide to violate every law on the books to steal highly guarded and secret information to win. It also ends up in our enemies camp and we are left with this smoking gun and nobody to give a cogent or coherent answer; who is behind this and who is going to be targeted for all this deception and fraud.

We need to build a suspect list and make things very clear to the suspects; it is highly advised they not get on a target list and remove all suspicions or contact with those who are on it. We had the same problems in our life; things got stolen, ended up in enemy hands, and patents or privacy was constantly violated. They wanted to mate with us, wreck our homes, watch us in our bedrooms like some peeping tom getting their kicks and constantly commenting or talking to us; it is like talking to the devil or some absolute criminal fugitive. Now those who have authority or is linked to these spies risk penalty if the information is sold or ends up as profit. Similarly, if individuals sue or take to court governments for false arrest and gross error; the punitive damages are devastating. The same applies to the CIA and torture cases of random people; so long as gross error and malpractice is not clearly visible or detected; we cannot enforce our lawless world or criminal elements on our own situation and oppression. The hostage taking and catnapping must also end; also crazed stalkers or Romeo like romance efforts by lunatic losers or crazed terrorists. We had no idea the allies were behind this and claiming to be partners and trying to win. Now we have lawsuits and hundreds of millions in damage complaints on their domestic recruiters and spy masters who managed to acquire citizenship legally or illegally. We currently have a standoff with them and it is hourly attacks, sometimes upwards of 500 a day to cover up their operation and terror plots. We ask them nationally; they contact us clandestinely at home or locally so we cannot catch them.

LEGAL: They need to continue therapy, work on being a better person, and consider who they hurt and their loved ones. Stop being selfish and acting in a manner that will destroy their family, reputation, and career. Once you step over that line and go all the way; it is hard to come back or draw a new line; and a new one; and a new one, and so on... no borders on their evil and crimes; no limits. (I got that from the Champ and what he said to his mistresses!) It sounds as if they lied about fearing for their life or being threatened. They do this daily and hourly; they risk loosing their jobs and life possessions; even criminal charges. Their choice was to take us out before we got a chance to take them out; legally. We do not even go outside or contact our families; isolated with no backup and denied due process and legal help. People will do a lot to escape felony charges; however, paying 500 million in damages will cause people to go nuts. Rush calmly claims he is selfish and a power or control freak who got caught. The truth is we do not have the money to fight them; but ask why. Why was legal assistance denied or blocked? Why are we cut off and isolated; stuck and stopping an eviction? We do not apply for public assistance or social services, why? The truth is they tried to first buy my lawyer, take her out to dinner, rape her or murder her, produce a sex tape, and then take her and the all the evidence off the case; that was foiled quickly. They admitted to this while it was happening to see who would stop them. My emails to Ann show how I instruct her to wear body armor 24-7 and expect a sexual attack. I clearly instruct her to verify her security (wrote instructions) with me and an attack was coming; she went to them instead in 2008 and bodies showed up everywhere as usual.
