The simple solution is back to the do-it-yourself method where you send for a kit; the instructions are there; and you rent the equipment. If a special procedure is needed, then accommodations can be arranged. You can even cut the 800 dollar per bed cost down to only material or supplies; 10 dollars for antibiotics. The problem with socialized medicine has nothing to do with the police or military; however, it changes nothing. Certain professions have risk and now it is on an even par. 20 per cent of problems can be eliminated by mail order; 30 per cent of medical problems can be eliminated by nutrition and exercise. 40 per cent of cost and pressure from children out of wedlock or single mothers can be reduced from government subsidies.
