Wednesday July 14, 2010: It is more of the same and a day filled with the same tricks, lies and cheats fraud and deception, and how great he and his followers are. He spends most of the show trying to point out why he should be released. He converts his terrorists and stalkers on both Ann and I into helpers who want to wake us up in the morning after being up all night for meetings with him. He does everything to win his release short of addressing our release, the mess he created, answering questions which he uses to pull the wool over the eyes of others and hit back, and just about every form of lawlessness cheating you can imagine. So his communist army, his labor unions, his stalkers, and his assassins are no longer enemies; they are ours to keep and helpers. Remember, he is also claiming to be a professor and of high intelligence; it is not transparent and also a crazed trick to make others trust him, join his forces, and sell their life to the most evil human being walking the earth. They sit there and talk to us 23 hours a day and claim we are a ticking time bomb; we need to leave. Now they think I am the FBI investigator who caught them and run away; but I have to leave or else the fuse gets shorter. This communist spy ring(s) are the same labor unions that were telling us about the bombing plots in the 1990s and gave us details of this book in the most insulting and degrading manner. No matter what we do; they ram you and say it you are the problem and must go or be destroyed. You are the problem and you must be dealt with; you do not want to leave so you must be destroyed; if they are wrong, they attack and you get more rubble to dig out of; total disaster.

They said we were looking for a fight and now they want war; hence stalking and invasion. You fight it and they kick the mad scientist potion up 200% and then 500%; and then 1000% as if there is no end in sight. Typical of the unions, they come to your home, work, and every aspect of life; the essence of being a lunatic madman wanting a job, money, and security. Jenna lived in Cape May and she too mentioned being a lifeguard; so I went to this beach and Atlantic City where I won $4000 cash using only $40 on the slot machines. As it turns out Lori Settnek is the lifeguard in 2000 to 2002 I met but beat all of them in looks; identical-twins with Ann. If you look at the police reports from 1990 to 1998, I was avoiding problems and reporting to my father someone stalking me or trying to contact me. This "Army of the Damned" are lunatics and Rambo on the loose; the Navy is gay and victims of hate. Now we have this JFK, Moynihan, Irish, Catholic, gay, and problem with the usual suspects. Based on what I know from years of confession, conversation, and pounding on both sides; this entire matter is about drugs, crime, and most of all blacks. However, during high school I had a very curious mind. I had a curious mind with lots of women, lots of sex, and to a certain degree a college experience and was a sponge with narcotics, its use, and any information which was new or just arrived in the 1980s. I have never even taken cocaine or hard drugs; so I cannot say I was a junky. What I can say is people use me and exploit my kindness or ability to make friends. Doors are opened easily due to my connections, family, and intelligence; not to mention looks and personality. So I am that 10% we all wish to be; however, I shut the world out and did heavy research and college work. Only Ann was allowed in and I liked it this way. Something or someone got deadly and they decided or pretended to be our right hand man; some special assistant; we are not allowed to see them or know anything; a prisoner and captive similar to a puppet regime.

In high school, my ability to make friends, get invitations, and do anything I wanted felt like a curse sometimes. A lot of people wanted to introduce me to drugs and parties and I enjoyed it; it was a way to meet girls. Then once I got a GF, I went on dates, dinners, worked, etc. However, I met this guy named Marty, my supervisor, age 49 and could score big deals. I also met a lot of people who always knew someone who knows someone else. People were lured to this and so was I. It was easy for me to get drugs and I like all teens went through this phase. But the difference is I outgrew it and left it; however, it kept following me. I had no idea the extent of her drug use, it was incredible and I was blown away. The New York crew came around in 2008 and since the 1980s I had not smoked or even was around drugs; I smoke it once to see where it went. The Case of Michelle Anne Harris is easy to summarize. I had seen her face before on a web site, ABC 20/20; but did not remember; what stuck was her promiscuous and sensuous looks which cause competition among men. Michelle after college knew Calvin was interested and needed a trophy wife. So after giving him four kids and trying out the elite class; she wanted out. So Calvin had been spying on her, either a PI or some private dick, in order to deny her custody and fringe benefits. Michelle then used men who were not keepers and would not inflict too much harm on Calvin or his family; her days as a trophy wife was ending but Calvin took it the wrong way and blew up on her. The body is in the lake, the deepest parts, and in a bag similar to the ones in the well. It is weighted down and is very difficult to find. It is my belief how the New York liberals are speaking on behalf of a mysterious voice; to Ann. I think the leader of them is trying to perpetrate the opposite; to win sympathy and we will see the weight of Rush go out of whack and blow up. They figure the men are just an escape and a way to escape the predicament due to pressure or excitement; not the case. This is how they operate and what they do; think we are interested and thinking hard about their offers. The truth is we are not the slightest bit interested and could care less; but they do this to jack their big head and fat bald asses. 48 Hours Mystery in Room 813: How a married businessmen who looks like Alberto goes on a trip with "her" and ends up accused of murder:
There is a lot of good lying and story telling in this. Specifically are the events that led up to the death, a fall nobody could survive, from a hotel or business. Alberto ends up getting away with it and all the twist and turns. The story is peculiar based on what Sandra says and also the night of the death. Sandra and Alberto are holding each other, kissing, and witnesses notice heavy drinking. Sandra had a boyfriend in HONG KONG and her "siesta" Lisa could not believe it. Lisa was complaining and taking up for her sister; all the come on and stalking; even sought a bodyguard. So her siesta knew or helped her "get away" but somehow she and Alberto ended up on that balcony and business trip to LA. Sandra was not happy about the California trip but when they got there and used to it; they made love and it became magical; but that is not Sandra's story; this was their story. Based on Alberto's comments; when he found the body he took off and left, as if he was stricken with memory loss. Then not wanting to call 911 or go for help; he called the voice mail and tried to portray himself walking up to a crime scene. His wife forgives him of the crime and does not worry about why or how the fatal fall happened. It was just a clear case of short term memory and liberals having a good time at the expense of others.

48 Hours Prisoners in Paradise: The Case of Models, Tortuga, and Bill and Lowest the CT girl:
This case is about friends, bad guys, and friends with benefits. They are up and comers; young Turks trying to break it or make something big; modeling was doing well and the CT girl stayed with it. They obviously planned a trip together or a "get together" as a gang or a collaboration of associates. There is some sex and also "fringe" benefits; who will make it out of all of them? So this group went out and William Lab got tired that night after drinking and partying for several days. They always go out together, travel together, work closely, and share secrets. So William Lab and the CT girl had a fight-relation; which led him to ask her to sleep in the car. She agreed for some reason, perhaps due to money or financial reasons, and he leaves early. They rendezvous later at midnight or so and by then the CT girl changed her mind or pulls out of the deal. Upset, they fight and struggle; so she pulls over and that is when things got more violent. Bill refused to get out of the car or let the CT girl drop him off; but his demands led them to fight ferociously, maybe even demand more intimacy or sexual favors to clear the books. The CT girl had no money but her family did; so she painted and is eccentric with predator or very "to do" men. She is waiting to grab the winner or the best; already fooling around with a few or keeping close to each. All that ended and Bill cut off all connections to the three feeling she was manipulating them or cherry picking. The importance is the informant and the confession. The police said he knew and had information that could only be possible had he been at the scene of the crime. The problem is all the actors; there is no good guy, all bad or secretive.

48 Hours Nightmare in Napa: A very complex case with a lot to offer must see the video and understand I think I had spoken to the UGA social bug. Immediately, her appearance and dating habits suggest a form of gifts and heart broken men. The constant moving explains what she is running from or hiding, her past. Listen to "Lily" as she explains. I believe I had spoken to Lily before and also Leslie while she was in college. She kept telling me she was going on a date, a new guy weekly, and caused discomfort. When I asked if she has sex with them; she admitted this. When I asked if it was normal or wild sex; she played the daddies girl and said it was really good. INDEFENSIBLE EVIDENCE WHY RENT MUST BE REFUNDED; EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND STUPID ENDING; LAST MAN STANDING; PROLONGED; A NEW TRAP; 4.14.2010

I need your help to initiate the rent refund and evacuate by summer. They are ordering me to shut up and want to know if we can live together after we have caught them in the act and exposed all of their plans; the terror plots, etc. In other words, I am kept here to determine if they are safe and can take or steal what they want and just walk away unscathed. They are doing tests and pushing the envelope to see what the breaking point is. Will you or can you help by initiating the rent refund? I would like to draft formal charges and ask them if it is worth it to not refund my rent and pile on more problems or rip me off blind. They claim they are in charge and some "employer." They must study us to determine if we can live together now that the world knows about this. Ann and I are ordered to cooperate and be in some study illegally or against our consent. They think we are married to the mob, communist, labor unions, terrorists, left wing, the police, etc...

This is about running us over; and then trying to "pick us up" or "you clean it up." Would like to take the initiative, file charges, and ask for a refund in good will. I am upset more the longer I am housed with sex offenders, under illegal surveillance, a peeping tom, dangerous felons, and communist terrorists. This standoff and being forced to plead or bled to death could have been avoided had very simple steps been taken or very simple questions asked. The first is to ask in writing why a refund is being requested and if there is any grounds for this? Instead, innocent people were injured and problems piled up more and more. So there is a pattern of behavior here and business decisions which are arranged far beyond the scope of logic and what a "reasonable person" would do or say. It was a scary situation and thankfully, the military, public, lawyers, and FBI was on the other line and immediately ready or monitoring the situation closely. The motive is also crystal clear; to injure as many people as possible while making a few bucks and stonewalling everybody involved or enforcing a double standard. The interest of the wrong party is being protected and here is why.

1. Did you know you are or were housing a dangerous felon, a murder suspect, and even a dangerous terrorist?
2. Did you enforce a double standard or try to help him/her? Let them get ran over and then pick them up?
3. Did you throw it back at either of them so that the stronger or last man standing would leave?
4. Were there any complaints filed and when on the dangerous felons and terrorists?
5. When did you know and did you take actions to security the safety of undercover, informants, or trapped federal officials?
6. Was there any complaints filed about a peeping tom camera or some form of illegal surveillance? How many times did they run them over and then try to pick them up?
7. Is anybody involved your family member and did you make any preferential treatment? How many times did they run them over and then try to pick them up?
8. Did you try to protect yourself? If so what steps did you take and why? Do you know who is the dangerous felon and terrorist; or who the undercover agent is? Do you know now? How many times did they run them over and then try to pick them up?
9. Do you know what steps were taken to vacate or seek safety? Did you know one or the other was being bled to death and why?
10. Did you know medical conditions or injuries had been incurred by a massive fight; an effort to emergency evacuate was underway and when?
11. Did you know one or the other was a US Army veteran under attack or being detained illegally; do you understand what the Constitution states pertaining to housing of soldiers in time of war? How about when they are injured, taking them in, and helping them?
12. Did you try to get even, retaliate, or somehow weaken the case against you? To do this, an innocent person had to be in the line of fire and bled to death; and then when a peeping tom camera was identified and complained; no rent refund arrive but instead angry reprisals? Do you believe now a dangerous felon and a dangerous terrorists is in that residence and are you convinced yet?
13. Did you try to get even; even trap or injure his girlfriend and family members who had to come to the rescue? Do you know who is fiancee is? Do you know why or how this began in Virginia with their rental property? Do you are all of you still blaming him and his family? Again, run them over and then pick them up?
14. Do you think he deserves a refund and can you take a guess how much of a refund is due? When did you know this and why did it take so long to evacuate and prevent this? This should not have happened if steps were taken; what steps were taken and why?
15. Did you know that if you play a game with the FBI; all they have to do is sent in a female, a cute cuddly teenager, and substantiate all that has been documented? It can be reproduced over and over; and the same results will arise. Do you now know the tenant-landlord agreement has been violated and housing a dangerous felon or terrorist while enforcing a double standard or preferential treatment is illegal? It is also grounds for punitive damages even if no medical complications arise or should come up.
16. To add one last one, did you know the violations were so grotesque and outrageous; they were talking to him, contacting him in the most unwanted manner, trying to bond and get closer? They would even talk to him while he was on the toilet or in the shower; a form of intimacy and sensation of being violated? Did you know it was so outrageous they would call him "nigger" afterwards or tried to masturbate while he was sleeping to encourage him to leave immediately and express anger towards how this ended? Do you even care or does it matter?

I do not understand why the spy cameras are not removed and try to take steps to protect my privacy. My defiancee, partner, and girlfriend has already taken extreme measures to prevent this. We are blamed and pulled deeper into this when it should not have happened; nor pile on more problems to see who is more powerful and who will be the last man standing. I had to demand a refund; go to astronomical lengths to seek relocation or removal from danger; and was forced to endure tremendous pain and suffering while in the web of deception and criminal trap of dangerous felons, career criminals, and deadly terrorists who kept repeating over and over, "we are ready to die... we were wrong... we do not know what to do... give us what you have" along with much more. There was relentless bullying and constant surveillance to curb the damage or stifle the effort to get it out or publicize what was occurring. Business decisions and financial transactions were being conducted under the worst of conditions and terms; meanwhile, a total facade was presented far from the truth. We all have interest in business; but we all are not pliable to the idea the money used is going to commit a felony or further a terrorist plot involving already captured national leaders. Also, the national leaders were getting strong and their credibility was enhanced as the situation was sporadic or prolonged; they were stealing everything and their credibility was slowly growing again. So the incentive here is very easy to see and logically hidden behind many deceptions and a culture of union violations grotesque and constantly erupting. The history of the area even suggest a criminal conspiracy and a political motive. All that had to be done was refund the rent and charge the guilty party or clear suspects. A girl or undercover FBI agent can just walk into this web of deception and trap as I had done.

UNFORTUNATELY, YOU CANNOT TAMPER WITH A CRIME SCENE UNTIL AUTHORIZED AND YOU CANNOT REMOVE OR DISCARD EVIDENCE UNLESS AUTHORIZED. THIS IS A TERROR PLOT AND WE ARE IN HOT PURSUIT SO BASED ON THE RULES OF THE GAME; THE SPY CAMERA IS IN VIOLATION AND THE EFFORT TO EVICT IS A MINOR INFRACTION NOT OVERLOOKED. YOU CANNOT TAMPER WITH EVIDENCE OR REMOVE IT; UNLESS IT IS PASSED THROUGH THE FBI AND THE TERROR INVESTIGATORS. BULLYING IS ALSO A VIOLATION OR UNWANTED CONTACTS AND DEATH THREATS.

This plot began in the 1980s. The communist and a spy ring were watching my family and those who were in Saigon, VN during the final moments of the embassy scene. We were all hardened cold warriors and military families. When the property was open for rent in 1990s, they contrived a "seasonal" or "welfare" plan to fuel terrorists, Viet Cong, or immigrants for rent or pilfering the government. We were expected to play along and agree. Then the police began to be called daily as they ran us over and then would come in a try to pick you up politically. The plot surrounded Nazis-Police pretenders to do a hit and run. Then the communist and trustworthy unions would come and pick you up, help, or take you to the hospital. From 1990 to 2008 we counted and documented over 10,000 incidents and efforts. If it did not work, the impact would be harder or the frequency variable. So if we reproduced this, we would hit an animal 100 times and observe what the 101 attempt would be. Then send in a female or some "soft and cuddly" figure to either play cupid or buy ice cream to make things better. When we reported this in 1998 to the Falls Church office of the FBI; the Black Panthers arose and corrected the records or indicated they were dead serious. When we dragged them to strip clubs, bars, and all kind of lurid consorts; they adopted it to suggest we were in it also and trying to further it. There were other incidents but it was so vague or ignored; it is not worth chasing or a dead end. This all came to an end in 2008 and they could not deny any of it and threw all the cards down.
