I developed Satellite Warfare to combat the spread of nuclear weapons and we have shorted the gap between nuclear and conventional forces; no longer needed in my book. There are approximately 200 chapters. Most were written and researched while in college from 1988 to 1998; I researched it by taking over 190 credits from different universities. Naturally, they call me the father of satellite warfare and I have put in over 20 years to this field of knowledge; perhaps the best in the world, but my readers will judge who is the best in their world. To get here; we have taken harsh punishments, suffered torture, was kidnapped, humiliated hourly, and had our life trashed and rewritten by no fault of our own. That is called terrorism. That is called war.

SAVANNAH GA; TYBEE ISLAND; CASE OF JEN KESSE AND TARA GRINSTEAD; GBI AND FBI; "NEWT" DOT COM; FAKE BLOOD; PRESS GONE WILD; PARENTS 5.10.2010

THE AMERICAN DREAM TERROR PLOT: They will say the same things: we need to give sympathy to Americans (define), they are victims of crime and profit, and we are suspects because they are in control and the police. What they forget to mention is the hoax and why all of this crime has to be separated from terrorism, drug wars, and why. So there is a lot missing and a lot that must be said about what we know, what they did, and what we caught them doing or know about them. Who or what is April because it all ended in April of 2008? All of these cases cannot be solved because the "police" or "oppressors" are looking at the wrong people. Who is "trying to killer her?" It all led to "Sue" and "Chris" but why can't we sue them for trying to kill us and why do they keep inciting violence and claim we are trying to kill them in terror plots? Can they still claim this or is it all total lies now; over 20 years of lying and a crime spree to win a case about draft, 1960s, conspiracy, and Vietnam or hate?

Here is another cast of characters and just a total freak out show. Let me begin with the origin point HS. In 1986 we had what they call "A Mock Judiciary" and I remember two people I had worked with, Dan Mazzi (reddish hair, super jock, really strange character, Mr. Perfect) and April Armstrong (father a judge at FFX County Court House, cheerleader, super hot, felt some attraction, little sister double super hot cheerleader, social bug, and Ms. Goody Goody). In this case, I was a very aggressive prosecutor who studied a murder case and railed the police detective on his knowledge of a P-38 Luger, WWII pistol. I was and had been a weapons expert and almost ordered a gun smith course via mail order to fix and blue guns. The detective was John Kelly and when I asked him on the Lugar, he was clueless. My partner was Chris Liebig, the lawyer and name that continues to show up over and over. Also upstairs the unions, Irish, and following me everywhere acting as if I am desperate to sign up and be drinking buddies again (Kennedy and Clinton). Enough said that was 1986 and the same year I worked with Mr. Kobayashi to settle the law suit for the Japanese Americans and the internment by FDR (Kristen Delano was also in my class) by Executive Order 9066. Chris L. never bullied me, Ook did and a few others; but I dumped them and so did a lot of others. Now we caught their leaders and some terrorist and spy ring using the internet as a spying mechanism for the poor.

I cite 1998 when this emergency began and constant pressure for me to attend law school; as if they are hiring me and I am destined for some job. I fight this and lay low; nearly shutting my life down. I know I have a stalker, a maniac, and a very forceful individual shadowing me and viciously retaliating; keeping me as a prisoner or hostage. They will claim they are protecting me from Al Quesada and Middle East terrorists and Whore War II heroes. Then in 1999 I got a major break and worked for Fed Ex. Along my travels, I stopped in for a day at Savannah, GA and went to Tybie Island. There I met up randomly with three guys who identified themselves as Army Sgt. X, and two others. I sat there and tanned with them while drinking a few beers; they said they were going swimming later and asked me to join. So I stayed and it was inconspicuous. There was a black guy and he seemed retarded if not very quiet. All four said they were going swimming and first walking around. I began to walk around on cue with them and the tides got insane. I could feel the power and I describe it as a small tsunami. I put my wallet and keys on a log and by the time we got back in 30 minutes, it was nearly underwater. I had my cigs and all my clothing/wallet, now even further up on shore and was preparing to wade or swim with the three. There was a part where the water was knee deep and and sat there on my back and soaked; there was no tsunami or flooding by the tides.

Two of them began to just walk out at least 300 to 500 feet; barely able to see them or talk to them because they were neck deep so far out there. Seeing the tides safe, I went in and the black guy followed me. I describe myself as a surfer and fish when young; so I began to swim sideways feeling the current so strong. I think I hit a ripe-tide or some dangerous waters; traveled 300 yards less than 10 seconds swimming around and was now near the mouth. Sensing severe problems I headed to shore and ran into a "hole"; neck deep and soft sand. The tide was so strong, I felt the edge of backwards and loosing balance. So I dug my foot deep and on two toes, inched up and after a long time, managed to get somewhere and pull myself out of this hole. At times, I had to stop and wait; focus a "chi" and prevent being pulled into the mouth where three tides collided. It took at least 15 minutes. Then when I got on shore the black guy was gone. Now exhausted and shaken after nearly drowning; I called the two in. They could not hear and ignored it; said to wait. Soon, they realize the black guy was missing and panic. We walked down where I had drifted and found his belongings in the water and this is when I said I am going for help; they still did not believe me or were at that panic point. So I headed to the boardwalk and phone while they said they would search more.

I began to head towards the house. When I got there, I knocked on the door. Vacant, I walked around and found a path, followed it and it was "bushy." Not long I walked directly into a thorn bed and my feet were bloody. After 15 minutes in pain, bleeding, I pulled them out of my feet and walked on GA hot pavement thinking it would stop the bleeding. I finally made it to the phone and called 911. They got there and the CG was called and came. Before they got there, the Sgt. said when the police come; tell them we had a few beers only and finished it (They had a case and I did not drink much of their beer, maybe 2 at most). It was free and cold so I had two. They did not want to get in trouble because the sign said no drinking and I understood; so we covered this up and dumped the beer. I was fine and thinking well; especially nearly drowning and sitting there fighting the tide toe by toe on soft sand. A contingent of people came along with a chopper; they said a search party will try to find him. The three of us went with the police officer and canvassed the town; went in one store, bar, restaurant to the next. Then it got dark and was around 10pm; they called the commanding officer, broke down and cried and told him it was bad. I just stayed out of it because I did not know them or what the hell just happened; I nearly got killed and never experience such messed up tides. There was no agitation or incitement of violence as in the past; instead it was some pressure to join or "monkey see monkey do." Why is rape easy or difficult to prove with women? So why is it harder for them? How do you defend against a male rapist or loser?

While standing there, the officer got a call people reported a dead body floating and took off saying, "lets go." We ran as hard as we could to his car; then with lights went high speed and hit all the speed bumps. When we got on the beach, we ran full speed in pitch dark down the beach; could not see more than three to five feet. Finally, we saw two people and could not find anyone out there; someone said the people he spoke to was deaf or mute. So I began to wade in the water where the officer said he spoke to them; the tides were raging and I was waist to chest deep; scared of another "hole." They were yelling not to go in and I said Tokay; I am going to grab the body. My clothes were soaked and heavy boots; the helicopter came and had the light on me the inlet and the insane waves/water. It was scary, pitch dark, cold as hell, and I was not going to let this body come in and then out. So they watched as I and the helicopter searched up and down the shore to the mouth and the next hour. I gave them my number (pager) and got a hotel room; things got messed up that day and the CID wanted to talk to me the next day. I wrote the details like now vividly and did not know what happened to myself no less any screams or call for help. I myself was by myself, quiet, and fighting hard. I was ready to go swimming or under; on that edge of insanity. I never saw any of them again and left the next day after the CID meeting. I stayed there at Hooters and met Tina (super hot girl) and she was sort of all over me; she gave me her number and I was gone that night back to DC. The body was found two weeks after 100s of miles away while I was in Norfolk, VA; I got an email from CID.

48 Hours Secrets in the Sand 1 - Again, Memories of... Cast of Actors... All HS People; Why? (Hannity just said "They Can't Find Work" @ 2110 on May 10, 2010. "How can people who come from poor countries... talk to them about communism... same predictable failure... how do we get to the same point where we can get rich at the same time quickly..." I have heard enough; F them up! Now he is saying "Elite system... elite health care system will always be better... they will always eat better (They being who we have right now); and this elite medical system is based on the military system or their insane "ends justify the means." 1. It is impossible to see or find the body as reported. He did not shoot her; a shadow did and an accomplice; maybe to "help" or "promote" or "assist" him as this menace is trying to do with us now; racketeering or a protection ring.
2. No man in their right mind would bring a girl he loved to death to that location. If so, he would check for a car or hide his own car keys so that nobody can call for help. That is free gas, free-fast escape, and slowing down a chase or pursuit. Oddly, they look like the HS "perfect couple" Dan Mazzi (red hair and muscles) and beauty queen April Armstrong. I sensed April attracted or interested but never made a move, the same story with at least 30 other girls; I wanted them there for me in case something changed. A lot of girls after I graduated took the initiative learning I moved on or did not care.
3. The objectives of the attacks, rape, and violent attack were not met even if the perfect opportunity was present. If you murder someone already, most attackers would rape the female after dragging her away or to a secluded area; then rip her clothes off and take the car keys so his car is not ID. It is pitch dark; you can sneak up on someone and cut them with a knife. There is no need to shoot and leave evidence or risk additional "complications." An evidence free crime scene left out a few details. Unfortunately, he did not shoot April; nor did he lie about it.
4. Why is Lindsay Graham the lead investigator and moonlighting for Jacksonville, FL PD? Also, what is the link between OK and GA?
5. If you know the beach, this is a secluded location and the bugs in these spots are dangerous.

Connection: April sounds like my sisters. Bill Clinton or one of them hired her to work at the WH in 1993. My oldest sister cooked dinner and was our mother at times. My other sisters and even my brother were very generous. They all worked at Roy Rogers and menial jobs and blew entire paychecks on clothes or just nice things for us once in a while; never asking anything in return. So I heard the story and was floored; however, this is why Ann loves me so much and wants to be similar to my older sisters taking care of her little brother. I see her more intimately and more of a life partner; doing things nobody will ever or fighting the most deadly elements of the sewers. So Hannity tells us why they are doing this and what they are up to. They are sniffing out a leak and have a list of suspects; who they think it is and why; so they formed a cast of characters to Ostab. communications and some dialog; with someone. Rush keeps saying it is up for grabs and doing these insane attacks or terror plots; then brag about it like "blowing up oil platform" or "This is Obama's Katrina." This is insanity but they refuse to surrender peacefully or turn themselves in; they just keep saying, "we do not want to die." We who? We the people, we as in Ann and I, we are them and they are us; we are fed up and caught them after 20 years; this is the communist underground; not the unions or police, communist spies.

Look above at the events at Tybie Island and the US Army or CID; we searched until 11 pm that night and several people said they "witnessed" a body in pitch dark and turned out to be mute? I report him disappearing in less than 5 minutes without a trace or sound; even the Sgt. there said he went to the bathroom (beer drinking). The key and clue here is "newt.com" I use "Alex.com" and only my first name while undercover; even change my DOB and private information; I know they are looking and trying to isolate the information while seeking a face to face or phone number. This is also how I caught both Hannity and Limbaugh; I posed as a black man and they already knew before Ann arrived. They also used "Alicia"; "Carla"; "Renee"; "Lilly"; "Jacki"; "Rayne"; and a few others I had already known about due to a trace. Hannity knows all the names and even tried to grill me/suggest impropriety. I even had a girl from OK named "Shay" contact me and do the exact same thing; same M/O, same method, same conversation, same message, and picking our minds to see what we knew or how. I keep saying repeatedly, Ann and I had a password system and she would pop up and talk to me and then cut it or cancel; just to relay information or say hi. We did this and the records are on politico.com; as 50 accounts were canceled and blocked. They even knew who I was before they made contact on there. A slew of people was talking to Ann and stalking her like crazy on there as well; check the transcripts and the attacks online. So this is when I and she knew they had a spy camera and reading our mail. You got to be kidding me, two gorgeous girls disappear off the face of this earth and you look stupid, uncooperative, and trying to win a law suit or politics? You look stupid, are you really? All these cases are about help, police, and getting rid of spouses during hardship.

There are cases that the police, FBI, and God will never solve. If you ask Rush and Sean how we wiped them out or caught them; they are tongue tied. This is their way of evening the score. Take a look at the records of 2006 and the events in NY, FL, VA, and CA. There is a missing piece here, CA. The "crime scene" is too perfect. The car is "too obvious" (Mitsubishi 3000GT, white). The house is too familiar. The faces are too loved and pretty to have such a perfect crime scene. Therefore it is called a diversion; a tactic to have the FBI and police (Specifically GA and FL) to go haywire and work themselves to death or worry. Worry to death dammit because the crime is not a crime; it is a fake your death and wait or show up. Also, it is not a crime to runaway, end up missing, or leave no clue or evidence; how many are there? What is the chance of two in the same year, location, and with clear "national attention." So the GBI and FBI should have work stacked to the ceiling and this ass laughing hard at their trick. Even little kids leave evidence. Now take a close look at the Annie Press case in Little Rock, AR. What is the message? Sex and suspicion; suspects, and prevention. Again, in 2006 they were "probing" and "asking" nicely. Even in 2009 they still could not solve it until we told them we had been undercover and trapped them in a sting. This also has to do with the eruption of spouse abuse or murders after 2001, widows. Also, it has to do with the eruption of teacher or sex offenders; specifically La Fayre "young or old" football cast with Wisconsin and FL. Ask what the OK Simpson Case was about and LA; or the Princess Di case and the French; or even the Ann and Alex Case is about and what "singles club" we are talking about? Why is this bottom up and why is the GBI challenging the FBI or working together? Why are the suspects local police and using a spy camera or peeping tom camera for this American dream plot? Listen to Rush admit what the 911 plots were about and why; same. What is the same in these cases or common ground campus or school? So why is there a cast of characters and impersonators?

RENT REFUND; RETREATED OR PULL OUT; DRIVEN BACK; CONSTANT STANDOFF AND STALEMATE; TOTAL BUST; 911 CALL; LOCAL POLICE RELATIVES; 5.01.2010

It is not their fault, it is ours! Also, blame the rescuers and the raiding party! Pt2/5 The Ken Fawcett Theory: "The ATF Injured It's Own Men At Waco, TX"

1. These are the Democrats, left wing, and die hard communist; dealing in illegal guns, lawlessness, and "wildflower" type freedom. They stick together, think the government is threatening their existence; and are just dirt or dire stupid. They are fearful due to the collapse of communism and are despondent; so they smear Christians, pose as lawless Christians, and boost the liberal or Clinton Ear. Again, the theme is victim hood, revolution, lawlessness, moral bearings, fighting the police, and sticking together. They match violence with violence; tic for tat; move for move; peeping tom for illegals.
2. They are illegal immigrants or with the same mentality. Mostly, they are union or laborers who feel trampled on; not respected or treated well. They feel as though they are always "invited" and can come and go as they choose. They claimed to be our parents and our voices; the left wing and labor unions in a state of total derrangement. They are violent and intrusive; always being victimized or getting the bad end of the stick. They always want to talk it out and have the gusto to keep dragging stalemates and standoff's. In the end, their pathological lying, hypocrisy, and sheer defiance will lead them closer to death, destruction, and danger. Even when surrounded, busted, and studying them for years; they just feel things will work itself out and they are invited or free to come and go as they choose.

3. They feel they treat others the best; give them more; or are kind. However, as we show and complain with the peeping tom camera and malicious use of information; it is a trap. When in their web of deception, there is no escape or no way out for either sides. As the labor unions and even a "Christian bunch"; they are defiant and lawless; but do not know what the problem is; or do they? So the use of kids and human shields intimidates those who do care or can see through the deception. They got this from the Turner Diaries and what they wrote came true only because they act it out and make the future their destiny. Study the Waco siege and who we are dealing with; someone had put us through the same ordeal or experience; utter humiliation.
4. What they forgot to mention was I wrote that manual for the New World Order and they were watching me and stealing it. Then in the most lawless and ruthless manner; perpetuated how they studied in college or were astute scientist to write such a thing. So they played their hand and we did also; what they are doing now; acting as if they will get credit and be received as heroes of the people. They used a script to smear America, the treatment of Christians, and how they are welcomed to come and go as they choose.

Murder Case in Tampa, FL: Case of Adam Davis and his girlfriend. (Adam was my best friend and his mom was cool, hip, caring, and very Ann like; also lawyers and from New York). So now Ann and I are trying to kill our "mom" or "dad?" They invade our life and make us their children.

INDEFENSIBLE EVIDENCE WHY RENT MUST BE REFUNDED; EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND STUPID ENDING; LAST MAN STANDING; PROLONGED; A NEW TRAP; 4.14.2010

I need your help to initiate the rent refund and evacuate by summer. They are ordering me to shut up and want to know if we can live together after we have caught them in the act and exposed all of their plans; the terror plots, etc. In other words, I am kept here to determine if they are safe and can take or steal what they want and just walk away unscathed. They are doing tests and pushing the envelope to see what the breaking point is. Will you or can you help by initiating the rent refund? I would like to draft formal charges and ask them if it is worth it to not refund my rent and pile on more problems or rip me off blind. They claim they are in charge and some "employer." They must study us to determine if we can live together now that the world knows about this. Ann and I are ordered to cooperate and be in some study illegally or against our consent. They think we are married to the mob, communist, labor unions, terrorists, left wing, the police, etc...

This is about running us over; and then trying to "pick us up" or "you clean it up." Would like to take the initiative, file charges, and ask for a refund in good will. I am upset more the longer I am housed with sex offenders, under illegal surveillance, a peeping tom, dangerous felons, and communist terrorists. This standoff and being forced to plead or bled to death could have been avoided had very simple steps been taken or very simple questions asked. The first is to ask in writing why a refund is being requested and if there is any grounds for this? Instead, innocent people were injured and problems piled up more and more. So there is a pattern of behavior here and business decisions which are arranged far beyond the scope of logic and what a "reasonable person" would do or say. It was a scary situation and thankfully, the military, public, lawyers, and FBI was on the other line and immediately ready or monitoring the situation closely. The motive is also crystal clear; to injure as many people as possible while making a few bucks and stonewalling everybody involved or enforcing a double standard. The interest of the wrong party is being protected and here is why.

1. Did you know you are or were housing a dangerous felon, a murder suspect, and even a dangerous terrorist?
2. Did you enforce a double standard or try to help him/her? Let them get ran over and then pick them up?
3. Did you throw it back at either of them so that the stronger or last man standing would leave?
4. Were there any complaints filed and when on the dangerous felons and terrorists?
5. When did you know and did you take actions to security the safety of undercover, informants, or trapped federal officials?
6. Was there any complaints filed about a peeping tom camera or some form of illegal surveillance? How many times did they run them over and then try to pick them up?
7. Is anybody involved your family member and did you make any preferential treatment? How many times did they run them over and then try to pick them up?
8. Did you try to protect yourself? If so what steps did you take and why? Do you know who is the dangerous felon and terrorist; or who the undercover agent is? Do you know now? How many times did they run them over and then try to pick them up?
9. Do you know what steps were taken to vacate or seek safety? Did you know one or the other was being bled to death and why?
10. Did you know medical conditions or injuries had been incurred by a massive fight; an effort to emergency evacuate was underway and when?
11. Did you know one or the other was a US Army veteran under attack or being detained illegally; do you understand what the Constitution states pertaining to housing of soldiers in time of war? How about when they are injured, taking them in, and helping them?
12. Did you try to get even, retaliate, or somehow weaken the case against you? To do this, an innocent person had to be in the line of fire and bled to death; and then when a peeping tom camera was identified and complained; no rent refund arrive but instead angry reprisals? Do you believe now a dangerous felon and a dangerous terrorists is in that residence and are you convinced yet?
13. Did you try to get even; even trap or injure his girlfriend and family members who had to come to the rescue? Do you know who is fiancee is? Do you know why or how this began in Virginia with their rental property? Do you are all of you still blaming him and his family? Again, run them over and then pick them up?
14. Do you think he deserves a refund and can you take a guess how much of a refund is due? When did you know this and why did it take so long to evacuate and prevent this? This should not have happened if steps were taken; what steps were taken and why?
15. Did you know that if you play a game with the FBI; all they have to do is sent in a female, a cute cuddly teenager, and substantiate all that has been documented? It can be reproduced over and over; and the same results will arise. Do you now know the tenant-landlord agreement has been violated and housing a dangerous felon or terrorist while enforcing a double standard or preferential treatment is illegal? It is also grounds for punitive damages even if no medical complications arise or should come up.
16. To add one last one, did you know the violations were so grotesque and outrageous; they were talking to him, contacting him in the most unwanted manner, trying to bond and get closer? They would even talk to him while he was on the toilet or in the shower; a form of intimacy and sensation of being violated? Did you know it was so outrageous they would call him "nigger" afterwards or tried to masturbate while he was sleeping to encourage him to leave immediately and express anger towards how this ended? Do you even care or does it matter?

I do not understand why the spy cameras are not removed and try to take steps to protect my privacy. My defiancee, partner, and girlfriend has already taken extreme measures to prevent this. We are blamed and pulled deeper into this when it should not have happened; nor pile on more problems to see who is more powerful and who will be the last man standing. I had to demand a refund; go to astronomical lengths to seek relocation or removal from danger; and was forced to endure tremendous pain and suffering while in the web of deception and criminal trap of dangerous felons, career criminals, and deadly terrorists who kept repeating over and over, "we are ready to die... we were wrong... we do not know what to do... give us what you have" along with much more. There was relentless bullying and constant surveillance to curb the damage or stifle the effort to get it out or publicize what was occurring. Business decisions and financial transactions were being conducted under the worst of conditions and terms; meanwhile, a total facade was presented far from the truth. We all have interest in business; but we all are not pliable to the idea the money used is going to commit a felony or further a terrorist plot involving already captured national leaders. Also, the national leaders were getting strong and their credibility was enhanced as the situation was sporadic or prolonged; they were stealing everything and their credibility was slowly growing again. So the incentive here is very easy to see and logically hidden behind many deceptions and a culture of union violations grotesque and constantly erupting. From 1990 to 2008 we counted and documented over 10,000 incidents and efforts. If it did not work, the impact would be harder or the frequency variable. So if we reproduced this, we would hit an animal 100 times and observe what the 101 attempt would be. Then send in a female or some "soft and cuddly" figure to either play cupid or buy ice cream to make things better. When we reported this in 1998 to the Falls Church office of the FBI; the Black Panthers arose and corrected the records or indicated they were dead serious. When we dragged them to strip clubs, bars, and all kind of lurid consorts; they adopted it to suggest we were in it also and trying to further it. It is just another stink bomb thrown to cause total confusion and chaos. So out of 15,000 diary pages and data pages; is there one lie? Can they prove one lie or deliberate attempt to defraud? Out of 15,000 pages is the conclusion "he is paranoid and delusional." Out of 15,000 pages of sworn FBI testimony is there any "he has no respect for the truth or the rights of others... only wants to trump up charges... get others in more trouble." So if the upstairs can tell us if there is any reason why we deserve a refund; we can prove they are in a conspiracy and trying to get others in trouble. Their silence is deadly and nothing can prevent a counter-propaganda and a blast of this suicide stampede. If they are going down; that is the most logical action instead of "we are doing this for our kids... we do not know what to do... we do not want to hurt anyone... we only want to help... this will lead to death panels... these are all broken promises... we are ready to die for our crimes... etc." So Hannity and all of them are verified communist spies and a 911 terrorist; he will say he exposed our slew of "broken promises... death panels... " and paralyzed our effort to remove them.

The manner which they all wrote their books (Bush administration, Rove, Cheney, Hannity, Rush, Palin, Malkin, etc) indicate a pattern of behavior. If you ask 100 police officers and sit them down; you will get 100$ agreement. They have no respect for human beings, no respect for the truth, only want to blame and get others in trouble, only want to kill and injure as many as they can, are willing to lie cheat or steal their way out of this, and are determined to get away or walk quietly throwing insults everywhere. The worst part is who they are up against and the book they tried to slander but could not. They will claim we are undercover FBI agents, spies, CIA agents, etc... they do not even know they have an amateur spy catcher and an a full blown apprentice of Delti Fork. What the hell do I tell them; I enjoyed being kidnapped or abducted? All the FBI has to do is ask them 5 questions; we will prove our case and demand the cheap skate loser pay for their crimes and shut them down; we ask to be paid 520 million for stalking, slander, and being really menacing. The first part is to ask for a refund of rent and why we are not relocated, must pay to be in a sex tape, and abused by the union spies every 10 minutes while they pretend they are our staff and secretary. Who are they trying to get in trouble; the landlord or the resident they are spying on? Who is their victim here and are they trying some hidden trick later with their suicide?

Also, this is not over. We have petitioned the court and informed them NORAD II will be up and running in the near future. The government is interested in this and we are going to deliver at rock bottom illegal immigrant rates to manufacture it. When we say to end this spying and stalking; do not come within 50 miles; we will know when they breach a security zone. This little game of suicide stampede and kidnapping has to end and we demand this cheap skate pay up. But that is not the end of it either and our services are skyrocketing. We will be the first test run and design it as we go along; once they are tracked; we can know when two or more are in the same room; we will know when they reach a protected and illegal zone and retaliation. When we say this is outrageous; it means they floating down the river without a paddle. That is what the Katrina law suit is all about and where it leads.

Did it ever occur to these people there we are dealing with neo-Nazis and there are two of the biggest terrorist plots in the history of the US? Did it ever occur to them it is also the communist? We hate both, but they want us to love one of them. On Monday, January 25, 2010; Mark X Stein made some important comments about the Bin Laden tapes. That night, another scary conversation occurred with Sean Bin Hannity. Here is what took place and a summary thesis:

They are all going down and this is a bad time; Bin Laden is winning. A vacuum exists and will be filled by an unknown element; there may be collateral damage and a few people who are lethargic or not paying attention. Fox News may be part of the collateral damage, the conservative movement, CPAC is guilty, and so is a few other linked to this ringleader and racketeering ring selling tickets. That was basically what developed during the day.

Bin Hannity then capitalizes on the Bin Hannity tapes. He or someone was listening in and I confirmed the following: Yes to conspiracy; yes to a right wing conspiracy and immediately he claims to be a member of it “just how he likes it.” He identifies himself as a Nazi but is defending the Jews with his life. It is verified the union and mafia is controlled by the Zionist and financial systems. It is also verified that his bunch are Nazis and have a history of IRA-Nazi collaborations. We are a very liberal area and state; did it occur to anybody we are dealing with both the communist and the Nazis? I mean we are sitting on top of the place where two of the biggest terrorist plots were hatched; Timothy McVeigh and Al Quedas, USA. It does involve race and the police. It does involve legal matters.

After this shouting match, the next point of failure was telling him to go and bother someone who does not have 10 years of education or go to college himself. They claim how rich and how awesome they are; go to college and write down their thoughts or efforts; not live through us or me. We disavowed his Nazi wishes. We disavowed his communist and Jewish wishes. We said if you join the military or work for the government; any links to those two is a federal crime. Bin Hannity then says they need us. My mind is special and one of the best minds in the industry. He claims we are close to the communist and Nazis; loved by the Jews.

After rambling about Bin Laden and how close he is; Bin Hannity is ordered to provide a dossier. A dossier has both clearance levels, background checks, and a history of missions or handlers-sponsors. My dossier has one star to four star Generals from three military branches. I am retired from the US Army; I am verified and renowned globally; my father was trained in COINTEL by the FBI in the 1960s; our family ran South Vietnam and we are considered royalty or royals. That is a really cool dossier and background. A background check also has clearance levels; SGI, secret, top secret, or need to know and up. We wish to verify who granted their security and how high to be doing this.

Bin Hannity then identifies himself as the police, specifically the FBI. Bin Hannity is a Nazi-Jew-Irish-labor-communist FBI agent. He then strong arms the situation and says he is an anti-terrorist personnel and reading our Miranda rights. He is interrogating us; he is arresting me and medicating or treating my condition. I then ask for his rank, serial, or some form of ID; maybe an office or some agent or name I can forward to the FBI; he says Jimmy Carter and Newt Gingrich. I then ignored his taunting about how they were the FBI and police; informed him this is a deadly game he is playing with the FBI, CIA, Pentagon, and myself. Either he has it or not but the punishment for lying will be very severe. Your clearance papers tell me how far you can snoop on me or what level of information you can request from military personnel, retired personnel, or those who work in this industry. Even if you are Al Quedas; papers explain how high and how far you can go.

Bin Hannity then says this is some inconvenience and the terrorists are going to attack or create danger. He keeps strong arming the matter about FBI, treating us and medicating us; then out of nowhere he says it is intimidation of witnesses. Asked why he refuses to get an education; says he needs us and our mind; not our life or clearances. Asked why he has no papers or anyway to publicly verify this, with notary and public authentication; he read us our rights, as if we were defiant and not doing as told; insubordination. He then says he is making an arrest; nothing was told or said about verification or coequal documentation. Nothing was even said about court documents or accurate court records.

I then told him that if he approaches a military or retired military and did this; it depends on what he did or tried; but can be shot on sight. It is very dangerous behavior and attempts. Who you do it to is just as important as what papers or ID they show you; along with public and notary officials. It was psychopathic, a master spy, and a criminal terrorist sensation of overwhelmed. Tried to intimidate and read Miranda; however, have an office, a name, or some ID to contract or identify if payment is needed. Bin Hannity also claims the FBI is wiretapping and bugging our homes; he is that authority. If we grant clearance, education, and access; we never granted any to them; ever. This trick was pulled in our own living room while reloading a new operating system.

The FBI knows they cannot identify themselves as Nazis, Jews, or communists. You cannot use it to gain. They must have unbiased clearance and a supervisor if needed. In this case, the military is the authority granting clearance on a need to know basis. We log all access and efforts to enter the work space and documents; all eyes reading are logged. All of this was circumvented and this is why the same charges and allegations were levied when we caught them and trapped them. He states his only intention is to medicate us and treat us. Asked again of name or some form of complaint; he felt it was a fuss or unnecessary. The more we asked; the harder the return and counter measure. Apparently, false or not, Jimmy Carter and Newt Gingrich was mentioned. He also said he was a Tsar. At least he knows who I am and respects this. When finally frustrated and asked to furnish a city of the office; he mentions San Obispo, CA.

We had no idea Al Quedas was a fan, on our side, and winning. They must be so friendly to us and likewise. We had no idea they were having fun today when the Bin Laden tapes emerged over the weekend. The suspects turned into super police on our side. All of them are on our side and the police. All of them are friendly to us and need our minds. We had no idea they were all still alive, winning, and acting on behalf of the United States.

ETA, Red Brigades, Bader Meinholf are all terrorist groups well before any Middle East groups. The Red Brigades include the Italian Red Army and IRA factions; all linked to Neo-Nazi and fascism; yet they are all labor and left wing funded.

He was only a water boy and that is how he got caught; that was how we caught Don Juay.

It can only work against you if we have everything and am waiting for you to be in custody. Although I am torn between secret private armies and clandestine armies; I am not able to make valid decisions on the mercenary system. There were things about Blackwater that contradict and cause difficulty; the goal being that for the right amount of money or power; they fill the demand for an army. There are a lot of these armies around but they are the best equipped of all. I wonder if it came down to the mafia, drug cartel, or Blackwater; some outcome could be reached. Here is a list of things that was scary or seemed to sound too eager for this type of livelihood. The shooting of 17 civilians appears to be a random shootout in public due to protective work; nobody drove off or fled; no less any crime was enforced. It was just a showdown in the middle of town. You can cut this down the center; up for grabs.

• Inadequacy fights; to pick any fight with small arms lacking full military logistics
• Recruitment; the image and name is more powerful than the end result
• Ability to make a disaster or total mess; war can be redone in the eyes of corporate America; a long history of crime and private armies
• Links to the Bush, Neo-cons, and certain aspects of the Iraqi War that was disastrous and this perpetual chaos; a cartel like atmosphere
• Huge recruitment effort for special forces and high end personnel while the image affects the business or profession; only the best; only after the money
• Long history of these types of conflicts and the lawlessness of bank robbers; although an option to live the life; conflict does not mean it is a way to live the life; a heavy drive to be the best

Let the record show that my connection to Alaska began when I was 14. I used a fake ID to work as a dishwasher at a restaurant called Chesapeake Bay Seafood House. They allowed me to eat anything on the menu if I work prep, morning, and weekend. So every weekend I got King crab legs, scallops, flounder, fried Cod, Seafood gumbo, the best seafood salad, the best crab cakes imaginable, and various seasonal items. After the Exxon Valdez oil spill; the restaurant closed down and the entire chain disappeared. I worked as a bus boy and also a dishwasher; also cutting lawn for 7 to 15 dollars; also delivered the Washington Times and Northern Va. Sun newspapers. I grossed over 125 dollars weekly; sometimes 200 and above. When I turned 16; I made almost 400 dollars every two weeks and was paid bonuses at the NRTW for raising money (National Right to Work Committee).

Around this time my hell began and the first suspect I identify is Chris Liebig; a union lawyer and defense attorney. I stayed with the NRTW until 18 and computer science at Virginia Tech. That is how my link with Alaska began or this paling around with the unions started. I report these anonymous calls or harassment around high school; I state why as the Generals who founded or were behind Delta Force. During this time, Japan was selling a lot of cars and TV's. I and an assistant (Mr. Kobayashi) went through the National Archives and Library of Congress to find pictures and videos; also personal accounts and legal briefs. I concluded the US government acted illegally and violated their rights; the judgment was for approximately $250k a person. This payment was not obligated unless you could prove you were involved in the case.

Health care; what we and I want? Day 1 with FBI office physical being: 1. Walk in referred to duty office 2. Spoke to duty agent and said I need-advised to have a mental evaluation (said please do not say that, I have been through a hellacious ordeal and so has my family); I am not a victim and someone mistook me as Delta Force; I will survive. 3. He asked to see the web page and my books. 4. Will call and follow up to make sure he has the web pages and all documents. 5. Spoke to person who made the death threat allegation; said I said would go after and kill their kids. When asked if I went up to someone or said what his name is; he said no. He said I went up to a friend of his and threatened to kill HIS kids with some sort of weapon. I told him I am trying to get a criminal conviction and then I will take his family to court and obliterate their life financially or in court; I might seek criminal charges. He thinks we are talking to him or wish to; in other words he wants me to drop this national case or be evicted. Hence, they beg me every single day to drop the charges and ask when I am going to move out, cut my laundry, spray bio-terrorism on my clothing and I posted pictures of this already. I have more pictures of clothing cut such as expensive satin sheets. Why would they be interested in that? I will follow up with FBI contact and meeting with this Sargeant; very unprofessional behavior. Will follow up today and then tommorrow. Police say they will not accept any of our police reports; they do not like our attitude. Upstairs says mental illness is paranoia.

The officer who filed the charge is using the national case on the internet. They feel they slandered my name. I asked with what and he did not know. He did not say if it was a phone threat or a weapon used in to commit the felony. I asked him if I have firearms or when the last time he saw me with a weapon and he said he did not know. He said a friend of his told me I said to them I was going to kill their kids; he did not say how I know this "friend." This sounds like Hassan the Ft. Hood shooter. He says I called him a terrorist and I slandered his name. Then when I asked him more about this "slander" allegation; he refused to answer and walked away. I spoke to a few police officers about the pistol - assault rifle style of this shooter and he says in Texas you can buy high capacity magazines. So they are debating their case on the national and local level; at risk is my eviction. I will follow up with the FBI but gave them the number to the FBI office because he wants a meeting right now; it is a matter of life and death. He said by calling him a terrorist, I was slandering his name. So someone is painting the police as stupid; these terrorists as brave and courageous; near genius; and Hassan has a lot in common with us and is an expert with FNC pistols. Know my family well; too well. We wonder why? No reasonable doubt here.

I am not the highest ranking military officer on earth and the most famous. I am not the most powerful politician alive. I am not a victim of severe abuse; only working together because I have a mental illness, paranoid, and cannot get along with others. Whoever this police is; they always come to the conclusion I have a mental illness; I need to have an evaluation to determine if I am a threat to society and this world; they have to keep me in prison for 2 years while they sort this out; and in the end, they look stupid and like liars. That is what it all comes down to. If you call 911; they could care less and they label you a mental case or some threat to them. Look at the charges. Look at the arrest in 2002 and 2006; listen to what Sgt. Bauer said to me the moment he walked up to me; "do you have a mental illness or need medication." Am I this stupid or is he? Are the police this stupid or are they in serious need of some lawsuit and serious interrogation. It is like some media stunt. Do they even know who I am or what case I am working on? Do they or have they read my books? Do they know how many people read my material and see them as dirt stupid and acting very condescending. Who do they swear their allegiance to if they will come into court and say I am or have a mental illness? How can they be so smart and so wrong or sloppy in work and professionalism? Can we test them to determine intelligence and ability to tell wrong from right? What are the circumstances? Is this person educated or lies profusely? Does this person have a proclivity for crime?

Do we need a debate and intelligence test? I just did one. What makes them think I am so stupid and so dangerous; I need medication or is threatening them? I have told them to go away 20 to 500 times a day for over 20 years and I need medication and have a severe mental illness? Is this some cruel joke? Lying is one thing; acting dumb is another; concealing it and swearing allegiance to mush is a serious professional bakaka. They know how to order others around. They know what a threat is. They do not see evidence and truth. They know what authority is. They know what stalking us is or when they are in danger. So how do they do it so calm? Do I look like I have a mental illness or do I look like I am chasing spies and terrorists who lie profusely? Do I also look like a bad ass and have the IQ that very few living humans can even compare; does that sound backwards or delusional? So why does it repeat day after day for 20 years? Then it just goes away when we bust them and confront those behind it? They must see America a threat also; also human life an enemy. How do they get these positions of power and practice such corruption, lies, or stupidity? It is not because they care or live for a future; it is because they are spies or swear allegiance to something other.

How do you get a job when you call everybody twice as smart a mental case or needing medication? It is an insult but how do you get a job by doing this? Who do they swear allegiance to if anything? Now they implant this reasonable doubt they did nothing wrong and are not the suspects? They want to walk away and for us to move on and drop the charges because we have a mental illness and are a threat? How do you defend that one? How do they defend that now and with millions of people watching? Who do they swear allegiance to and live for if anything? It is not stupidity or criminal impulse; it is a conspiracy. What is that conspiracy? There is pretending to not understand and concealing it to look smarter or better; than there is a total fraud and psychopathic loser who refuses to go away but hides this well. They are also killers, sex offenders, and racked up four pages of felony charges; did you know that? Look what they did to this country and our life; then look at this insanity and madness. Now I cannot complain because of their court rulings which are totally insane and lack any professionalism; total lies. Who is going to give me back my life? Who the hell is this insane and this much of a stalker? I compare them to Red Dragon and a serial killer looking for a monster genius to deposit their lunacy and insanity on.

The country did not do it; they did it when they lied about it or got a job when too dumb to pretend any longer. Their looks and superiority is irrelevant; so is their need for jobs. It all comes down to their allegiance and how honest they are. They do a terrorist hit on me repeatedly, think I am Delta Force, and when I complain, they tell me I am insane or have a mental illness; how do you deal with that; a threat? Could it be a recruitment and agitation; a probe or ongoing conspiracy. There must be a huge mistake and a huge conspiracy because none of that was even true; so why is there suspects and reports so insane; they must use false police reports to stop or demand we drop charges on them?

The damn police are 911 and they are dirt worthless when a terrorist and spy. They are growing in size and are huge; this is over 20+ full years and ongoing. Who do I sue or do I exert collective punishment? We are going to need people thrown on the street and loose their job; this is outrageous and will never happen again. Take a look at this and begin passing out pink slips; zero tolerance. This will never occur and will never be an issue again; we need people thrown out and a collective punishment; this is about the future. The door and the job line is over there if anybody has any opposition or lies a little bit more. You cannot hold a job and allow this to fester and grow confidence and grow. MESSAGE TO FBI AND FROM MY LAWYERS; DIRECTOR OF COUNTER TERRORISM, NEW YORK OFFICE; URGENT AND LIFE AND DEATH MATTER; NOV 23, 2009

I have notified the FBI and will seek an emergency conference with them to begin the trial of the captured spies and espionage suspects. I have cracked the 911 case; they mistook me as a Delta Force commander; they are on the police force and are coming after me or making both death threats and demanding I drop the case against them; to mind my own business and worry about my finances. Therefore, having cracked the 911 case and preparing conviction or formal charges; to bring this to civilian or criminal court; I need their help and protection immediately. I have a life and death matter; I need protection and immediate assistance on this and do not trust the police. They claim they owe me nothing for stalking or calling me constantly; no fee for 20 to 500 no thank you a day; no service fee or admission fee. Hence my fate will be jail or a political prisoner. All they have to fight with now is terrorism, fear, bullying, communism, murder, and conspiracy.

Every time I call 911 they claim I have a mental illness, fit some suspect list, and they are not on a racial profiling list as communists or radicals. Moreover, this 911 problem is racked with sloppy police work and blatant lies or conspiracy. I do not fear for my life but I am getting or had been getting death threats hourly by a foreign country and their spies, so they claim and verified, they broke the two month deadline and presenting a life and death matter; disregarding any circumstances to this case or evidence. I also have a National Security red alert matter to be explained in private. I need immediate protection and intervention. The terrorists are sidetracking a terrorist arrest. They may be armed and dangerous if the police is involved in this.

It is a serious form of psychopathic and delusional derangement; a stupidity with terrorism as a fight. So the miscarriage of justice; almost similar to the period in the 1990s when domestic terrorism began to explode indicates a coming attack; death threat; a terror warning. These miscarriage of justice, false police reports, and gross abuse of power and corruption; is occurring on the police and political levels. This is a life and death situation; I have broken the case, I have confronted both my perpetrators and accusers; and need immediate protection and intervention. I need to press charges immediately and diffuse their new hatched conspiracy which clearly shows evidence is being concealed and ignored. This does not have to happen and they are gambling their future and mine away for a moment of stupidity, zealot presence, and dogma. These are hardened criminals in a huge conspiracy of crime to compensate for their lack of intelligence and bully authority. We have increasing death threats and pressure tactics along with a 911 like style "hit." What they are saying is do not trust the police; who is going to rescue you if not the communist and terrorists; the votes of the left wing. I will come in and make contact; please have an arrival party and notify them this is a life and death matter not to be ignored or overlooked. There is a conspiracy at work and we need emergency actions combat the pressure tactics or arm twisting. These killers are on the loose and martial law may be needed; please be ready and have an emergency center ready. It may be the beginning of an armed and criminal revolt; a riot.

They have cut off my phone; prevented internet connection; and stifled or pressure us to drop all charges or any effort to seek justice. They claim this is about money only and allegiance to their beliefs and leaders; their law and authority. I need Ann Coulter to file civilian charges or be ready as a back up if this fails; monitor my messages and file a lawsuit on ALL SUSPECTS. If they play rough; we will let them play rough with Delta and the FBI; Annie no more games; get ready to file formal charges if there is any tricks. After books and movie deals; we go after the conspirators and anybody who are still standing and fighting in civil court. Do not play with your future because if you do not; then we do not either; as I said, the FBI might have to impose martial law; this is an armed insurrection and crime spree by very dumb and courages spies and communists who viewed Vietnam as their terrorist recruitment and the people's vote-communist voting rights.

You are also the Maddoff of the police and leadership.

If you do not know what is going on; let me inform you and brief all onlookers. We are preparing a major arrest and prosecution; a Christmas and family event. Tell the court what you did; what you did to us; how you tried to recruit us for terrorism, police spying, insider trading, communism, murder, and were playing cupid with our life and denying love, career, work, and happiness so long as we resisted and avoided you. They do not deny it is linked to Bin Rush, Sean, Clinton, or Israel; they claim it is the police watching but have no ID or verifications. We cannot file any charges or seek reimbursements for any information or damage lost. They are there to make us say yes when we say no. Also, show disapproval. That must be presented in court if it is a claim of theirs. It is an illegal intrusion and at the highest levels; then it is acquiring information illegally; we do not know what the intent was or destination. As I said, the FBI owes me a few favors and if I want to sledgehammer their car; we will reimburse it as part of their arrest; I informed him the other day.
