June 07, 2010: Dear PR Office of XXX Resorts: There must be a circus going on or some miscommunications. I will clarify this matter in a clear and concise manner; or make an attempt to resolve this standoff. First, is the circumstances. In 2006, I and several others were in "hot pursuit" of a deadly communist terror group running loose in upstate NY. Due to the dire or unpredictable circumstances, communications was limited and so was any outside contact. In 2008, your legal office contact me regarding an owed or past due account of $800 on a condo unit bought for $12,000 cash over the period of 12 months. The unit is worth approximately $12-15K at this time and has not been used since purchase. I never wrote to you about not paying or asking for a refund; I merely stated a desire to pay or a worthwhile plan by contacting my lawyer and financial manager.

This squabble over $800 is some kind of harassment or pressure tactic. Again, we are in a hairy predicament raiding and bringing to justice the most deadly and active communist, drug ring, terrorist group the FBI has ever encountered. My hands are full trying to keep federal agents alive, keeping myself alive, and trying to prevent further injuries or attacks. I am trying to keep my partner alive and the entire law enforcement community to include military and federal agencies. So this squabble over $800 had minor implications to the entirety of the circumstances. I am also awaiting medical evaluation at a medical facility which can substantiate a medical condition which can make this squabble stronger in court or before a magistrate. It was not my duty or purpose to default on $800 while in a deadly standoff or raiding the largest, most deadly, and active communist-terrorist group existing on the North American continent. I (or others) have never accused your company of extortion, spying, pressure tactics, or malicious prosecution of this matter; I (or we) simply ask if you seek to be paid or resolution based on extremely unusual circumstances?

Regardless of the circumstances, I wrote and asked you to resolve the matter as best as you and I could. I would gladly accept 50% of the sale price or value of the condo unit. Therefore, of the 12-14K a reasonable offer would be $5-7K and this standoff or pressure tactic would be resolved. Instead, I recieved malicious and threatening letters via the mail system by your organization. So I wrote again what the conditions of surrender are and the right to file formal complaints or charge you with federal crimes if necessary; worsening the matter was not on our ticket or dining room table. Even if you had offerred an amount of $5K it would be reasonable and acceptable. Instead, a letter stating your intent to "foreclose" on a condo unit with a past due amount of $800 strikes the average or reasonable person as "malicious" or "pernicious" deliberate actions to confuse or inflict harm on the matter. I have never accused you or stated you were a mafia controlled company seeking to extract private information from us or our financial stature.

So I will state in clear english again what my intentions and purpose is again. First, I have given you my lawyers name and directions to contact my lawyer and life long friend over any legal or financial matters. Simply put I was still "undercover" and under a different alias. Your actions caused more dangers to my protected status and this is a federal crime; it may lead to attempted murder charges for whom made this decision. It would have been much easier and very simple to place the property on the market as the lien and the deed has been purchased in 2005. This line of fire with your legal team must cease; if you wish to be paid I have given you clear instructions starting with Ann XXX, the Buffalo FBI investigative team, and even the HQ of the XX Army. LEGAL EXTORTION AND THE "PROPER USE OF TERRORISM" AS DESCRIBED BY THEIR LEADERS: Note: I have caught them and they are trying to get away. The core or brains is the Mossad and communist. The goal is legal extortion using the police, politics, and legal system. The method of extortion is a nuclear bomb. The demands are generosity, socialism, and fixing the left wing; they call the legal defense "The Plot to destroy America." I need you to raise an army and get ready for this peace movement who have now turned into deadly terrorists and mafia cartels. The military has reduced them 80% and they are stinking ripe. Their state leaders claim they are broke, bankrupt, and on the verge of collapse; therefore, debt was used as another scam devised by mafia leaders to offset some of this deadly financial debt; to destroy America and Americans. So why do they keep chasing and coming up empty handed; then exploding in anger, violence, and terrorist plots?

The criminal world of politics being nice or superior stripped them of their individuality and identity. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently directed his nation's parliament to develop a plan to reduce the country's falling birthrate. In a speech to parliament on May 10, 2006, Putin called the problem of Russia's dramatically declining population, "The most acute problem of contemporary Russia." The president called on parliament to provide incentives for couples to have a second child to increase the birth rate in order to stop the country's plummeting population.
Russia's population peaked in the early 1990s (at the time of the end of the Soviet Union) with about 148 million people in the country. Today, Russia's population is approximately 143 million. The United States Census Bureau estimates that Russia's population will decline from the current 143 million to a mere 111 million by 2050, a loss of more than 30 million people and a decrease of more than 20%. The primary causes of Russia's population decrease and loss of about 700,000 to 800,000 citizens each year are a high death rate, low birth rate, high rate of abortions, and a low level of immigration.

DEBRIEFING; IS THERE A LIFE FORCE ON EARTH WE KNOW ABOUT AND EITHER ACKNOWLEDGE PUBLICLY OR CAN EXPLAIN; 6.2.2010

The answer to the "life force" unknown is true. There is a life force of a human characteristic, super power, and who has or often contacts us similar to a friend, spectator, or observer. It is similar to the relationship between man and God; very private and unspoken. People are always trying to screw with others heads.

Is the Cape Girardeau crash unusual or can be verified? There is no evidence to suggest it is real. Biographical or biological tests do not conclude such and even electromagnetic protein analysis does not reinforce this. Also, if a life force were to come to earth; this is not who and what we are looking for. All tests come up negative across the boards; even questioning or interrogations. This is just a high level spy or enemy of a human form. One can conclude the crash can be a hoax drummed up to create hysteria or science fiction stories. The reason why a life force would be on earth is an intergalactic war; this is confirmed. Are they here or somewhere else? There is no evidence to suggest we can prove this. Do we know more? Yes. Humans have a tremendous capacity to lie, cheat, and steal while not looking closer at their actions; they know it is wrong but their capacity to create problems is tremendous. You can ask them nicely to get out of your life and they will not do it; even if you are mad or not.

Conclusion: Is there a life force we know about? Yes. Does it have a human character? Yes. Is it dangerous? To some. What is the role or the job of this life force? It is a protector and guard; to finish up. So yes it is an anchor man or finisher. I think the Unabomber is a hoax and a probe of the FBI and counter-terror forces using APB or local-federal channels; like all of these other ones. So they red this backwards and acted falsely on the technological age of warfare. They have targeted the families of FBI and military leaders; mocked for death. So how does a criminal or damned enterprise go from communist, to terrorist, to some "Cop Kill?" Cops are trained to be in control, in power, and fearless. Citizens are supposed to respect them and expect them to protect them; taught to follow orders similar to military officers. Now we got some whacked bunch on some killing spree because they are "do not know what to do... are in charge... are the police... ready to die... not inferior and do not hate." We caught them red handed in a coup d'etat and espionage.

Police or not we caught them doing a coup d'etat and in the most inhuman manner so we were forced to wipe them out while they sniped and stalked us in the middle of the night to make us more and more unstable. They claim we are trying to blow their head off and are ruthless; impatient and ticking time bomb. After this I am not denying it; they are. They deny everything and claim absolute power as cops. There was a company named GRC in Vienna, Va. which appeared to me as a front for the CIA. GRC was interviewing me as a "space and national security consultant"; a nonprofit public service group based on donations. Another one of these which cropped up was EWA (Electronic Warfare Associates) in Chantilly, VA; the same platform as GRC. Then I had two or three interviews with a third "non profit, donation based, consultant group" in the satellite and space warfare area called ACCEPT or VANTAGE or ACCENT; something like that in Crystal City, VA.; right near the Pentagon. They claimed to be "A Navy based" consultant group and kept on interviewing me like the others to pick my mind. I finally got mad and fed up with the constant fake interviews and job offers. By now it was 1998 and I had my degree and out of college. I just saw an indictment with Andrew Stein on it and racketeering of various mafia related "outbreak" in the Denver, Colorado area. I recall a conversation with the owner of the Pawn Shop one day while selling him a pistol of mine around the early 1990s (across the street from Kmart in Fairfax and down the street from Troy Barnhardt; Chili's shopping center); he had an Asian wife and I said I had to pay for night classes and got a loan. I paid it off quick. I began to sell my belongings in 1998 while at Troy's and all of this legal problems but I did not take another loan. Odd events began, a form of inciting violence or fight similar to Vegas Heat (Case of Craig Titus, Kelly Ryan, and Melissa). Kelly looks like Angie from Marymount and Melissa looks familiar.

They are buying loans, legal ones. They had bought my college loans and then tried to sell me a condo in Virginia. It all came at a very odd time; they give you a job and it is the company store. The problem was when I got into NY and the loans began to appear as "criminal users" or pressure tactics by the state. I recall using pawn shops to trade in my pistols when I needed money. Then I used their loan service occasionally where the interest was whopping, criminal usury. It works on items you bring in and if you do not pay it back and interest; they keep it. I used my 3000 laptop for a 400 loan; which came back broken. These pawn shops were everywhere in the Centerville, Chantilly, Falls Church areas of Virginia in the 1990s and 2000s. Credit wars were erupting everywhere but the collection of these bad debts is where the scams begin. They sell it. Some are mafia controlled and purse strings used to nail you when weak or down; a way into your life. I began this noticeable stress and overbearing situation before I even made it out of college. However, my college loan (only 21K for 10 full years of college and now 24K after 12 years) shows you the path the mafia and investors are moving in; legalized industry similar to Las Vegas and gambling. All of these debt wars and bad debts, including mortgages is the similar move like gambling and Vegas. This is why the 48 Hours Vegas Heat show caught my eye and was a mirror into my own life. I am the best they have seen and was used as bait; they are on the other end now.

I refuse to fix their loan sharking or legalized "criminal usury" of bad debts and collections. It all goes to some service where the debts are reorganized, a form of negotiation and structure where bankruptcy is close. This is when they analyze your money and come in, how to look close into your finances. They want to know more about you or your employments; what assets you have and what they can extort or steal. This was some scam in the VA-DC area and I had known it based on the odd statements or help they provided; so I declared bankruptcy to wipe off the debts and was retaliated by Newt Gingrich in 1999. I had filed a bizarre complaint in 1998 in Falls Church being a target of some union or communist spy group. The agent was then murdered I suspect and they framed me when I had nothing to do with it; they kept getting closer and closer; and so did we and my team. We surprised them first. I think I was some recruit by the professors at GMU which goes back even further around DC-VA when we moved there after the VN war. We know they are the communists and behind these terror plots; but how do we flush out their top 10 leaders? We know who they are and need them off the police and military force immediately; it is beyond inflammatory. This stupid dope ring and spy ring has inflicted "contemporaneously" a severe and tremendous amount of injuries to many involved while claiming "partnership" or false relationships; masterfully executed by spy masters.

So you can see where they are moving and why. They are seeking revenge while legitimizing and up to the same. There was a murder plot on me using Chris and Sue; a slaughter house as I indicated as "Vegas Heat" and I have shut that down also. The rent refund is still up for grabs and hopefully they will do as ordered; not make more inflammatory hit-misses. This is about Judgment Day and freedom; America and their politics or police powers; power and war. They seem to be winning. The debt crisis is over 53 trillion; so "criminal usury" and buying bad debt is a hefty business to be in. College loans is a major turning point in the US; now bought from the US government and sold to predatory managers or criminal families; cherry picking husbands and wives.

What triggered all of this was the drug wars; a social and political disaster. The demand for services and welfare quadrupled.
